Thank you for this wonderful tutorial. I tried it and loved it. I believe that I overworked the dough when I was mixing it, because I underestimated the amount of water I would need in addition to the milk. So I was affaid to knead it as much as I would have liked to. It was wonderful, circles however are easier said than done, good thing they are for eating and not artwork. Any idea of how much water you used in yours?
