Make perfect croissants

In this how to video, you will learn how to make a croissant. You will need 130 grams of sugar, 100 grams of butter, 250 grams of butter, 200 grams of flour, 500 grams of milk, 20 grams of salt, 3 eggs, 1 kilogram of plain flour, 50 grams of yeast, and 1 vanilla pod. First, melt 100 grams of butter for about 15 seconds in the microwave. Add the melted butter into the mixer. Add the 3 eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Mix everything together. Next, add the yeast and then continue to mix. Add milk and flour while mixing until it becomes smooth. Cover the mix with plastic wrap in a bowl and leave for about 15 minutes. Take the 250 grams of butter and add 200 grams of flour to it. Mix this together and place in the freezer for 10 minutes. Once the dough has doubled in size, sprinkle it with flour. Roll it with a pin into a large rectangle. Add the frozen mixture to this. Make sure to seal the dough when making it into the shape before rolling it. Repeat this three times. Do this until it becomes 5 mm thick. Cut though dough in half and into triangle shapes. You can place custard or jam on each triangle. From here, shape the triangles into croissants. Take the base and roll to the tip. Pinch and twist the sides and place them towards the center. Leave them for about 30 minutes. Once that is done, brush them with egg wash. Sprinkle with sugar if you want. Place them in the oven for 15 minutes at 190 degrees C. Once they are a deep golden brown, they area finished. You have now made croissants.
