Watch as Manjula shows you how to make a traditional Indian dish. To make mathri or salted crackers you'll need:

2 cups all purpose flour (plain flour or mada)

1/4 cup sooji (semolina flour)

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ajwain

4 tablespoons oil

1/2cup + 2tablespoons luke warm water

oil for frying
