* 4 very ripe bananas
* 2 eggs, beaten well
* 1 stick (½ cup) butter, room temperature

Dry Ingredients

* 1¼ cups flour, sifted
* 1 cup sugar
* 1 tsp baking soda
* ¼ tsp salt

For Baking

* nonstick cooking spray or butter
